First came Body For Life, HarperCollins Publishers Ltd (September 2, 2002),  By Bill Phillips, helping people look and feel better faster than they thought possible. It has been very successful with over 3 million copies in print.  The success has been limited because there is no Biblical or Spiritual component to the plan.

Then came Lead Like Jesus, W Publishing Group (July 22, 2006),  By Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges.  In this book, Blanchard and Hodges focus on four key areas and how they can direct you toward becoming the incredible leader you aim to be.  The four areas are:

• Heart—What is your motivation as a leader, whether as head of a family, church, or a large corporation?
• Head—What are your beliefs and viewpoints about leadership?
• Hands—Do you set clear goals and measure performance, consistently following up with those you lead?
• Habits— How do you refresh and renew yourself as a leader?

They have paved the road for Your Transformation: Are you prepared for what Jesus has planned for you? (2008) By Jeff Kotterman.  Are you ready for your future?   You were built with a unique set of qualities, characteristics and even weaknesses, all  to fulfill a special role in God's ultimate Plan.  It is like you have been picked for a leading role in a Broadway Play or you've been chosen to play a specific position in the Super Bowl.  Are you ready for the big game?   This is something bigger than the Super Bowl or Broadway.  It is God's Plan to expand his Kingdom and overthrow evil.  It is the Plan to put an end to sin and suffering and you play a leading role in it.

Just like any major event, we need to practice, rehearse and be ready.  Some of us aren't ready when God calls us.  We miss the cue to go on stage or we choke during an important play in the game and miss out on some of the great things God has in store for us.  God works directly through us in this world.  We are his representatives.  By definition Christian means "little Christ."  We need to "Lead Like Jesus," tapping into the resources we were born with, using our "Body for Life" so we affect our eternal life and that of those around us.

Professional athletes have training camps, coaches and support staff.  Celebrities have entourages.  Shouldn't those doing God's work have support.  Where is their training camp?  What should their training schedule be?...

The answer is the TriSystem Program from TriSystem Ministries.  It is a comprehensive lifestyle training that gets us prepared and available for God's Plan for us.  Regardless of our individual roles, God calls us all to affect the world through the role of a servant.  Therefore, we have to have the energy, attitude and resources to fulfill that role; especially when God calls us to it.  For those in leadership, these are the "Habits" that are going to maintain leadership roles as well as "refresh and renew ourselves as leaders."

The place is the TriSystem Center, a comprehensive wellness center, designed to manage and implement the mission and vision of TriSystem Ministries.  The TriSystem Center is special place with a special purpose.  It is a center for professionals managed by professionals with specific fitness, nutrition and performance goals.  Our members are successful people who lead exceptional lives.  They expect the same professionalism and success in their health and wellness.  The TriSystem Center provides that success through a highly qualified staff and impeccable environment.

The best way to get people to participate in the TriSystem Program and the TriSystem Center is through "Your Transformation" Seminars provided by TriSystem Ministries.  These dynamic weekend and six week courses will provide the public with a way to experience TriSystem first hand, for free, with the opportunity to get a TriSystem Program, the Pastor's Wellness Program or experience other things we offer at the TriSystem Center.

Goals for "Your Transformation" Seminars and  the TriSystem Center.

Accept tax deductible donations for Your Transformation" Seminars publications and promotional materials.

• Goal: Maintain an ongoing fund to support staffing and promotion as well as free materials for those who cannot afford books or workbooks during the seminar costing: $8,212.

Accept tax deductible donations for the Pastor's Wellness Program Fund. Used for those in ministry to attend our Wellness program retreats at no cost to them personally.

• Goal: Maintain an ongoing fund for at least 10-Six day Scholarships to be awarded by our advisory board costing: $24,800.

Sell 100 Charter Memberships to provide for the opening and maintenance of the TriSystem Center.

• Goal: generate: $878,543 in annual membership dues.

Membership cap will be at 1000 members for a 5600 sq ft. center.  At 1000 member, gross revenue should exceed $1.2 million dollars by the one year anniversary of our grand opening.

• The financial goal of the center is to maintain Charter Membership while profiting through services and general membership

• Once it is proven successful, franchising will secure a Christian Brand for TriSystem Centers first locally, then nationally and around the world.
