Marketing for the opening of the TriSystem Center. [work in progress]

1.  Establish a Pastor's Wellness Program Fund with accompanying  501(c)3 status, bank account and merchant account.  Costing between $300 and $1000.

2. Start a direct email campaign to client database soliciting free membership to the TriSystem Ministry Group

Goal: Get an initial $1000 donation to establish the fund.

3.  Purchase Penny Saver Ads for money and vehicle donations that are tax deductible to the donor. Ads will cost $455 per week

Goal: Bring in at least $1000 per week in donations to accumulate $3,244 in 1st to 6th week or less for CSN Book Publishing Pre-Press costs for the Your Transformation book and workbook.

Goal: Bring in at least $1000 per week in donations to accumulate $2,967 in 3 to 5th week or less for CSN Book Publishing Printing costs for the Your Transformation book and workbook.

Goal: Bring in at least $2000 per week in donations to accumulate $2,967 in 3 to 6th week or less for CSN Book Publishing Printing costs for bulletin brochures and promotional materials

4.  Schedule TriSystem Ministries Your Transformation seminars at Foothills Christian Church, Maranatha Chapel and possibly Shadow Mountain Church:

5.  Organize various volunteer teams to get:

  • Local Christian Publication advertisement
  • Local Christian Radio advertisement
  • Possible public announcements on commercial radio
  • Press releases
  • Possible Television ads.

6.  Offer pre opening discount to the TriSystem Center in the promotional materials

7.  Hire a Center Sales Director and Continue a direct email campaign to client database soliciting donations for the start up of the TriSystem Center to help reduce the leading causes of death as well as a provide cutting edge place for sports nutrition.

8. Continue a direct email campaign to client database soliciting pre-opening discounts to the TriSystem Center.

9.  Solicit NASN Nutritionists and Personal Trainers to become presenters and facilitators for the scheduled seminars.

10. Solicit Host congregations to get NASN training to support the upcoming seminars.

11. Train presenters and facilitators.

12. Have seminars, collecting donations for the TriSystem Center and the Pastor's Wellness Program, selling TriSystem Programs and services as well as pre-opening discounts at the seminars.

Goal:  To reach 500-1000 or more people through the seminars and advertisements that provide an average total of $500-1000 in donations, services, memberships and program purchases. Who are serviced at the temporary Center (Balboa Office Building) and eventually the new TriSystem Center.
