Estean Lenyoun, a social entrepreneur with a passion for addressing the needs of urban communities and those living in the margins of society, is a pastor on staff at Maranatha Chapel, and also serves as a director on numerous church, hospital and financial institution boards. He serves as President and CEO of Impact Urban America which he co-founded with long-time friend and partner, Rosey Grier; that organization has received awards from mayors, governors and the United States President. Estean’s joy and expertise are obvious when he speaks about leadership, teamwork, life and job skills and customer service. Recruited from college by IBM, Estean’s successful career continued with 25+ years as president of various corporate and entrepreneurial ventures.
